Order Payment, Validation and Acceptance
You may pay for your order online using a Visa® or MasterCard®. When you place an order through the Red Eye's Dock Bar Online Store, we may verify your method of payment and shipping address before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the Red Eye's Dock Bar Online Store is an offer to purchase our products. Red Eye's Dock Bar may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by Red Eye's Dock Bar until the product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.
Quantity Limitations
The Red Eye's Dock Bar Online Store requires a minimum purchase, including shipping costs, of $20.00, and limits the number of different items ordered to eight. Red Eye's Dock Bar may limit or cancel quantities available for purchase on any order on any basis, and to alter the availability or duration of any special offers at any time. Red Eye's Dock Bar may reject any order, or any part of an order.
Electronic Communication
When you place an order through the Red Eye's Dock Bar Online Store, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of backordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that Red Eye's Dock Bar will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.
Product Display/Colors
Red Eye's Dock Bar attempts to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However because the colors you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, Red Eye's Dock Bar cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color.

Information relating to Red Eye's Dock Bar’s products is subject to change without notice. Online store prices and our physical store prices may be different. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to Red Eye's Dock Bar’s acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with Red Eye's Dock Bar, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, Red Eye's Dock Bar will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
Shipping
All orders are usually shipped within two business days of receipt, Monday through Friday. In the event your shipment will be delayed more than ten (10) days after the date of your order, we will attempt to notify you by e-mail, using the e-mail address you provided, and you may elect to cancel the order. We are unable to ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes, and we only ship to the 48 continental United States. Shipping charges are based on a flat fee as follows:

Sales Tax
Red Eye's Dock Bar collects and remits sales taxes as required by law on purchases made by residents of the state of Maryland or if the product is shipped to an address within the state of Maryland. Shipments outside Maryland do not include sales and/or use taxes. If assessed, sales and use taxes on shipments outside Maryland are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Policy
You may return any product purchased through the Red Eye's Dock Bar Online Store within thirty (30) days of receipt, provided that the product is unused. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you received the wrong product, or a product that is damaged or defective, you may contact us at 410-827-8888 ext-109 to obtain return instructions.
